What does the treatment involve?
The treatment involves multiple superficial injections with a very fine, small needle. The treatment should cause minimal discomfort, if any.
Immediately after the treatment, you will notice small bumps where treatment has been injected, accompanied with surrounding redness/swelling. Most reactions are transient, and typically resolve without intervention.
Treatment Results
As this treatment aims to refine skin texture, improve firmness and elasticity whilst softening fine lines, results can take time. Results should be expected within three to six months.
For optimal results, a course of three sessions is recommended, with sessions spaced several weeks apart. This treatment protocol allows the regenerative effects of therapy to build progressively.
How does Celora™ Vita differ from polynucleotide treatment?
Celora™ Vita is a substrate-based approach, using amino acids to support skin biorestoration.
Amino acids are the essential 'building blocks' of skin repair and regeneration, without which the skin cannot effectively rebuild and restore itself.
Polynucleotides work by stimulating fibroblasts, the cells responsible for producing collagen and elastin, acting to provide a supportive structure that encourages tissue repair.
Both polynucleotides and Celora™ Vita can be used independently of each other, or combined in a treatment plan to enhance results. After all, a good structure relies on strong foundations!
